Prime-Minister of Ukraine is full of doubts
MyLand - September 23, 2012:
Mykola Azarov, Prime-Minister of Ukraine, during his visit to Poltava said that he doubted that land cadastre and land registry would become functional before the end of the current year. He added that serious work should be done in respect of land inventory and again expressed his doubts regarding possibility to complete this work before December 31, 2013. Mr Azarov also said that it was impossible to take impportant decisions in the field of agricultural land market without having operational cadastre and registry.
In our opinion, that may signify further postponement of moratorium lifting.
